Weather Updates: We will keep teams posted if bad weather is forecasted. November is best weather for PCB.

Entry & Roster Deadline: Entry/Drop Out deadline will be October 27, 2024 or until we sell out the event. Any team that drops after the drop out deadline will be on the hook for 100% of the entry fee. For the sake of establishing projected starts for every division for travel planning, October 6, 2024 will be the preliminary online roster request, but teams will be allowed to make roster changes until the roster change deadline. November 3, 2024, will be the roster change deadline. Rosters will be locked morning of November 4, 2024 (72 hours prior to preliminary team check-in). 

Emergency Hardship adds will only be allowed if a team drops to 11 or less players morning of the event. We will allow adds up to a total of 12 players prior to your first game. Emergency adds must be reviewed and approved. Roster changes morning of the event will not be allowed, so please confirm player commitment early. The HARD emergency deadline for roster changes is 24 hours prior to the start of the event, end of day WEDNESDAY November 6th.

Entry Fee: $675. All entry fees must be paid online at http://www.usssa.com/slowpitch/event_home/?eventID=378078&divisionID=null no later than October 27, 2024. If a team entered without paying the entry fee, they can log into their MANAGER account @ usssa.com/login and pay for the event from their dashboard cart. Start Time: SCHEDULE WILL BE POSTED OCTOBER 30, 2024

Format: Two seeding games (match-ups will be based on points), then all teams are seeded into a double-elimination play-off bracket.

Equalizers: AA teams will not receive an equalizer in our AAA event. We don't offer a AA World event, so teams must play as AAA if they want to participate. Reason why we don't offer a AA World event is there are very few AA teams across the country. Many AA teams are misclassified and should be AAA.

We will release the Women's equalizer sheet during team check-in.

Game Time: This is a World event so scheduled FIRST game time is forfeit time. No grace period. Please help us stay on-time. After a team's first game, teams must be at the field ready to play 30 minutes prior to the team's scheduled start time. If a team is not ready to play as early as 30 minutes prior to scheduled start time after the first game, the team will forfeit the game. The only exception is if a team is playing back-to-back games and coming from another field.

Rosters: Rosters must be entered ONLINE and players participating in the event must be listed as ELIGIBLE on the online roster. The system will require players to exist in the player database before a manager can add them. If the system gives you an error message "NO PLAYER CAN BE ADDED BY A MANAGER THAT CURRENTLY DOES NOT EXIST IN THE DATABASE. TO HAVE THIS PLAYER ADDED PLEASE CONTACT YOUR STATE DIRECTOR", please contact your State Director to assist you with adding new players to the database. Player Protests: We will not stop games for player protests. We will review the protest during the game. If the player is on the roster, they are approved to play. Players caught playing on two or more teams in the same age group will be ejected from the event and the team caught with the player on the field will forfeit their game. Teams may only protest the identity of a player if they feel the player on the field isn't the player listed on the roster. Player protest must be made PRIOR to to the end of the game. Players MUST have their ID with them at all times. Team will be required to pay a $100 protest fee per player. Protest fee will be refunded if the player is illegal. We will not allow teams to abuse the protest process, so please choose your protests wisely. 

Team Check InManager ONLY must check-in and confirm their final roster before their first game. Manager must sign the roster to confirm the roster as their OFFICIAL ROSTER. Players must show a valid Driver's License or ID during check-in and for any player protests. Each team will be handed FOUR game balls. If any players are missing due to PENDING status, it must be reviewed/approved before the first game and player must be present to sign the roster/waiver. Any team that fails to check in will lose the opportunity to validate the official roster and will put their team at risk if a protest occurs. We will not add new players morning of the start of the event or during the event.

Managers Meeting: We will send out a manager's meeting ZOOM invite to managers ONLY. The ZOOM meeting will likely occur Sunday weekend prior to the event.

Gate Fee: NO GATE FEES.

Coolers Allowed?: TBA

Bats:  Age Groups 40+ and Above may use any bat Stamped 1.21 BPF Senior and/or Senior Softball. It does not have to be USSSA stamped until they are available. However, it must be from a USSSA licensed manufacturer. May also use the 220 USSSA Stamped bats. The 35 Age Group teams ONLY will be required to use the USSSA 220 or 240 Stamped bats including players older the 40 years old on a 35 Age Group roster. WE WILL TEST 35+ TEAM BATS. MUST PASS 220 COMPRESSION.
