USSSA World Tournament Staff
Early Manager Notes / Zoom info
Managers,
Wanted to reach out with some early notes for next week's Mixed (COED) World Tournament.
The brackets are not ready yet. Please hold off contacting our staff at present time asking for game times. We are running the Men's E right now in Viera. We will try and post them as soon as we can. It will probably be over the weekend or first thing Monday morning.
BP rentals for Thursday for those interested, are on the Complex website at:
Usssaspacecoast.com under Ticketing.
Teams need to have all players eligible on their roster. If there are players in the Pending column, they need to do the waivers and accept or be removed.
Uniform jerseys are required with non-duplicating numbers. A man and a woman can wear the same number.
Manager Zoom will be held on Wednesday night at 7pm Eastern time through Zoom. Must have one member of the team on the call.

Additionally, teams must complete their entry form and travel information sheet and submit to the Tournament Contact the Friday prior to the event entry deadline. State Directors must also confirm the entries of all teams from their respective states into this World Tournament through the online approval process. State Directors must also ensure that each team’s approved roster is entered online at www.usssa.com. THIS IS MANDATORY!

PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR OR USSSA NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS REGARDING ROSTER CHANGES!!
All players participating in USSSA/GSL tournament shall have photo ID available. Failure to do so will result in Rule 4, Section 11, A5 in the USSSA/GSL Rule Book to be applied. Please note from USSSA National Rulebook, Page 75, Sec. 5.
All World Tournament rosters will become frozen 72 hours prior to the World Tournament and remain frozen until the conclusion of all World Tournaments in that team’s respective program. Players will be bound to this team until the conclusion of

Long pants and/or shorts may be worn. Leggings, when worn, must be similar on all team members. Caps are optional; however, when worn, they must be similar. In all programs non-duplicating numbers will be required at World Tournaments. The numbers must be a minimum of 4 inches in size and clearly visible. See Article V, Sec. 8c.
