Player Notes
Players/Managers,
We welcome you to the Men's D World Tournament at Space Coast Complex!
Managers have had their meeting, and have been emailed Manager Notes.
If any of you may want to read the same notes, I have copied them to the event feed at:
https://dc2.usssa.com/#/eventFeeds/375158
I also wanted to highlight some very important information to the players for this event, so there is no confusion. I realize sometimes the managers do not communicate these items the way they should be doing. We want everyone to have a smooth week.
ALL PLAYERS must have their government-issued ID on them at ALL TIMES in case of a player protest or full team roster check.
ALL PLAYERS must have their correct uniform jersey for these divisions. ?Matching or extremely similar, with non-duplicating uniform numbers.
ALL PERSONS must have a ticket for each day. Please do not try and handle this at the ballpark. You want to purchase these on the Space Coast stadium website at: www.usssaspacecoast.com so you can scan it and keep the line moving.
YOU MUST be ready to play 30 minutes before scheduled game time. 30 minutes prior is forfeit time except for the first game of the day which is game time. This is why you need to purchase tickets in advance.
The rules of game play are USSSA book rule, and are highlighted in the manager notes for anyone who wants to check them over. There is NO mandatory runner for the pitcher in USSSA outside of the Conference. The runner must be in the lineup.
Thank you, and wishing you safe travel to the Space Coast area and Brevard County.
