INTERNATIONAL specific rules
Pool play: Announce 60 minutes, finish the inning you are in, +1 inning. You can tie. Open inning is the last inning.
Pool Play Comp and Rec combined
Equalizer in games with Comp and Rec
Either 5 runs (1 per inning) or 11th defender
Max of 6 runs per inning then inning ends
Last inning is open inning
Rec teams taking equalizer you can score 5 plus the 1 for 6 total
Comp teams can score 6 to match them
Home runs
6 then outs
Lineup card given to umpire at ground rules written correctly
Temporary fencing
4 base award seperate
Protests:
$100 in umpire hand for any protest
Rules protest must be handled before next pitch
Interpretation only / no judgement
Rosters / pre-checked - no team eligibility protest is allowed.
You may not protest and say that "The NY Yankees are playing Men's B but we don't think they are a Men's B team."
Player protest is allowed.
For example: "Reggie Jackson is on the lineup card but that is not Reggie Jackson in right field."
Or. "Dave Winfield is in left field but Dave Winfield is not on the roster."

CC Uniform Policy
CHALLENGE CUP UNIFORM POLICY
A. All teams representing each division for their State are requested to wear the same uniform and style.
B. All players on a team shall wear uniform shirts identical in color, trim and style, and all players’ uniforms shall include the State they represent across the front chest and minimal six-inch number on their backs.
B. The following is prohibited from being placed on a Challenge Cup team uniform:
Any non-USSSA softball sanctioning association name and/or logo.
Any sponsor and/or company not in good standing with USSSA.
C. The approved numbers are 00-09, 0-99. Duplicate numbers, alphabetical letters and/or roman numerals are not allowed. This is to comply with the professional standards of the Challenge Cup.
D. All players on a team shall wear uniform pants/knickers identical in color, trim and style in the Major Divisions.
E. All players on a team shall wear uniform pants/knickers and/or shorts identical in color, trim and style in all divisions except the Major Division.
F. Any part of an undershirt exposed to view shall be of a uniform solid color for all players on a team.
G. No player whose uniform does not conform to that of their teammates shall be permitted to participate in a game.
H. Each team shall wear a distinctive uniform at all times.
I. No player shall attach to their uniform tape or other material of a different color from his uniform.
J. All players on a team shall wear headwear identical in color. A player is not required to wear headwear. Bucket hats and bandanas are not allowed.
K. Challenge Cup teams may provide that the uniforms of its member teams include the names of its players on their backs. Any name other than the last name of the player must be approved by the Challenge Cup Committee. If adopted, uniforms for a team must have the names of its players. Exception: Sponsorship, or common statement above or below number.
L. The Challenge Cup Logo: It shall be displayed on the right sleeve.
M. The State Flag: It shall be displayed on the left sleeve.
N. All players on a team shall have the complete shirt tucked into their pants. Half-tuck is prohibited.
O. Managers, and Coaches:
P. Managers and Coaches: A Professional appearance with the option of full uniform or shorts; matching other coaches
