Manager Meeting - Notes

Thank you to those who took the time to be on the calls last night.
Here is some of the information discussed.
Complex:
Ticketing is at Usssaspacecoast.com - please ask all coming to the park to purchase ticket in advance
Gates will open 90 min prior to first game time
There are some cages near Stadium for BP and on Friday the Red Quad fields are not being used.
The White Quad and Stadium entrances are open.
Bat testing - you test bats at the Quad/area you begin at. Be sure all bats are 240 stamped. Teams can pass a max of 20 bats and test a max of 25 bats total to get to the 20. The two Comp divisions we keep the bats throughout in bucket. Rec we are stickering, and there will be field buckets on each diamond.
Pool play - no inning to begin after 60 minutes. Finish the inning, you can tie.
All teams must be in correct uniform.
All fields must be at the field ready to start playing 30 minutes before scheduled game time or you can be forfeited.
All teams must submit a lineup card. No player not on the lineup card can play.
Run rule all divisions: 15 after 3, 12 after 4, 10 after 5.
Home runs: Men's Comp 8 then outs. Women's Comp 6 then outs. Other divisions 3 HR then inning ending outs.
All teams playing two pool games, followed by double elimination. Games are coin toss up until game 1 of the finals in each bracket.
All players must be in the eligible column with completed waiver or they are no good to play. Teams without ten players will not be able to start.
